This privacy policy explains which personal data QuotifAI B.V. collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. QuotifAI B.V. (Van Heekstraat 7, 3125 BN Schiedam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 96647116) is the controller of this data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy covers this website and its contact and demo request forms. Data that the QuotifAI application processes for our customers is described in the privacy statement inside that application.

What Data We Collect

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Your message

When you request a demo, we receive:

• Name
• Work email address
• Company
• Phone number
• Preferred language

When you visit the site, our web server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics also records how you use the site, such as the pages you view and whether you send a form.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We use this data to:

• respond to your enquiry or demo request and contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• keep the website secure and working, and protect the forms against spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).
• measure how the website is used, only if you accept statistics cookies. The legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a)).

We do not use this information for unsolicited marketing.

Data Retention

We do not keep submitted form data longer than necessary to handle your request. In general, we apply a maximum retention period of 12 months unless an ongoing customer relationship or legal obligation requires longer storage.

Who Receives Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting of this website, in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365): email, including the messages sent through our forms.
• Google: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for statistics (only with your consent), reCAPTCHA to protect the forms against spam, and Google Fonts for the fonts on this site.

Google and Microsoft are based in the United States. Transfers there rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use cookies in two categories. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They do not require your consent.

Statistics cookies, from Google Analytics, show us how the site is used. They are only set if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the cookie settings.

On the pages with a form, Google reCAPTCHA checks that the form is sent by a person and not by a spam program. The form cannot be sent without it, so it loads without asking for consent.
